When talking about hardware we can offer a substitution unit for some of the products, so customers can have an immediate solution while the original unit is being repaired. It mainly depends on size. Of course we cannot replace a 12sqm screen for a couple of days. But for timing equipment, light signaling and small displays it won be a problem.
For software, we always provide the tools for a remote access control to the customer PCs so every time you request it, we will be ready to connect, check and fix any situation that might appear.
